Win98 and One IP by (DHCP?)

I have a ten port hub, 10 win 98 and one line for internet. I want all to be able to access the internet AND I want to be able to play LOCAL NETWORK GAMES. Do I need anything special(SW/HW) or can I just use W98 and what about the IP Address (do not want to play through the companies network that is providing the DHCP)? TIA David
