win98 login restriction from win2000

I am working in school nework which has combination of win98 and win2000 platform.i am using win2000 server. well, i wanna restrict student to logon one win98 machine at a time from my domain. I mean, no one can login more than one machine while using.how can i make it happen? any suggestion would be appretiated.
