win98 pc swap

I had a old pentium pc with 98 crash. Bad ps and mother bd. But hard dr good. I put hard drive in a pentium 3 pc.. It starts to boot then asks for win 98 cd rom. Its looking for drivers for new pc. Does it matter if you use win 98 or win 98SE cd.. Can remenber which was installed..Should this work.. Thanks
