Win98- Performance tips needed

Greetings. I have a Packard Bell 333Mhz machine with 64mb memory. I am looking for tips that will help me with performance and basic cleaning up of my system.. I realize that the first thing I should do is to purchase more memory, but what I’m looking for here are the other things I should look at.
