Win98 Registry

Where in the win98 registry, might a program autorun as if in the startup folder? I have an app running that is NOT in the Autoexec, system.ini or startup folder. I know i can disable it in the MSCONFIG but I want to remove it, not just disable it. I need Registry values please.
