Win98 will not detect TrueMobile 1150

I have a desktop computer set up with a Dell TrueMobile 1150 wireless PCMCIA card. I can get connected to the network; however, I have to run the Client Manager and reinsert the PCMCIA card each time I restart or shutdown the computer. IT is not very practical to have an entire class full of students and teachers running the Client Manager and crawling around on the floor to reinsert the cards everytime. Anybody got any ideas for 200 points?
