WIN98 WINDOWS RESOURCE KIT

windows 98 pc connected to nt4 server.tried to share printers on 98pc and also activate remote registry.can not view entire network from network neighborhood and cannot share printers and view user list for permission setting. error message reads”install the windows resource kit tool”
WHERE CAN I FIND THIS TOOL AND DOES IT HAVE SERVICES THAN ARE MISSING FROM THE WIN98 PC?
