WIN98SE Drivers for SB16

I have an old PC running Windows 98SE. I’m trying to install an old Creative SB16 sound card. Upon installing Windows asks me for the “Creative CD-ROM” which (of cource) I don’t have.
I’m wondering, doesn’t Windows have any native drivers for this card, which is the defacto compatibility standard for all sound cards until today ?
Is there any driver from the native ones that Windows offers which I can use ?
