Window Based Program

Okay here the deal I am trying to design a windows based program, That needs to have a built in fax machine, scaning , and maybe a file conveter a capture to pirnt. One of the maine things it needs to do ids for exp A doctor fax’s in a Supper bill and the programs build fax machine will recive it then change iut over to a form in the in the program that looks like the supper bill and can have other infor on the doctor’s clinte visit and what the treatment was. The it need to be compat witha another window based program called WinHECET an maybe some that are in HFCA format. If any one has any tips that would be great.
