Window NT 4.0 Server Repair or Reinstall

I have a server with Windows NT4.0 Server which recently was infected with the minda virus. The client scanned and deleted all the infected files using Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition 7.5. The problem now is when trying to run an application onthe server, error message appear saying something like “files necessary to run application are missing – dll files, etc.”.
The workstations connected to the server are able to run and access the program and data files with no problem. The questionis, “Is it possible to repair the server without having to do a clean install? If so, what is the fastest, step by step way of doing this? Thank you very much.
