Window NT Memory Dumping

I have installed windows NT.
Formatted System using NTFS
System” Pentium PIII Ram 64 MB HDD : 10GB
While running it gives Memory Dumping and the System Shuts Down.
When started again it gives “Boot Failure”.
Can anything be done for this?
