windows 2000

i purchase a dell wich came with windows 2000. I was able to log into my domain no problem but when i use my name i can’t print to my local lpt1 printer. when i use anyone else in the domain i have no problem printing to the local printer. I even check the properties unter printers and is set to lpt1 any ideas. A am also using the same login script as other users
