Windows 2000 and Active Directory

Is there a way to make changes to user accounts on a large scale? An example would be changing the City name or changing the “Allow logon to terminal server” check box on the Terminal Services Profile tab. Currently, most users have been created.I do have a template user that I copy, but it does not maintain check box settings. Any help would be appreciated.
