Windows 2000 and CSNW what a nightmare

When using CSNW on a novell 4.11 network I can assess directories once then never again untill I reboot, the error message is Cannot find, file has been moved or renamed. Although I can access other directories fine. I do not want to put Novell Client 4.81 on these machines since we are migrating from Novell.
