Windows 2000 Applications Performance

I have a Server with duel 1.2 Ghz P111 Processors, 2 GB Ram and 36 GB SCSI, running Windows 2000 server. This server hosts a large DB2 based application used by approx 14 clients. The performance is running relatively slowly, can anyone suggest any ways of improving the performance of my system?
