Windows 2000 Automatically Rebooting

Can anyone tell me why Windows 2000 Advanced Server would automatically reboot itself when all I’m doing is running a utility that will create RAID 5 on a Server Attached Storage Device? This didn’t happen when I first ran the utility but it’s happening now that I switched the Compaq Smart Array out for a Compaq SCSI Host Adapter. Any clues???
