Windows 2000 IRQ sharing

I have a Gateway P3-850 desktop. I am running Windows 2000 Pro, SP2. When I go to the Device Manager, all of my peripheral cards like the sound card, network card, etc… are all sharing the same IRQ. In this case IRQ 9. I want to change this manually in the Resources tab, but the option to set it manually is greyed out. I have gone to the BIOS and disable Plug’n Play support. I have removed the PCI bus device from the Systems branch and allow it to re-install the devices over again. I still can’t change the IRQ manually. Anyone have an idea on how I can do this?
