Windows 2000 local admin pwd

Hi,

apparently one of the customer which I am supporting has lost her local administrator password to login to her Win2k Pro personal laptop. The laptop is not currently joined to any domains or workgroups. Is there any ways I can retrive her password or log into her machine in other ways? She dosen’t wish to format away her hdd if possible…
