Windows 2000 on Compaq EP P3 450

I’m running Windows 2000 pro on a Compaq Deskpro EP PIII 450Mhz. How can I have the PC power off after shutdown. I have checked the Bios and still no luck. I also have the registry setup also and still no luck.
