Windows 2000 Printing

I have an Epson 2170 dot matrix printer which is required to print continuous stationery with a form length of 4″ (10.16cm). I have created the necessary form in server properties but when printing a line is dropped on each form feed.
Epson do not issue specific drivers for W200 they recommend the driver issued with th OS.

Any advice would be appreciated
