Windows 2000 pro

We have just started to upgrade computers to 2000 work stations. And we all ready reciveing complants about slow bootup and login. We used all new motherboards and NIC cards to update all. We updated all drivers and bios, and we checked the HAL for our hardware. But the new computers still take too long to boot up and access the network.
