Windows 2000 Pro and Roaming Profiles

We have a NT4 server and have introduced a few Windows 2000 clients logging onto this server. It seems that the clients with Windows 2000 Pro have extremely large profiles sitting on the server. Could you please let me know what could be causing these profiles to be so large.
