Windows 2000 pro as a fax server

In Windows 95, you could install MS FAX and then share it on the network so that those that didn’t have a modem could send faxes as well. Is this possible in Win2k Pro without buying any 3rd party software? Win2k has fax capability but I can’t find a way to share it or connect to a shared fax server. Thanks.
