Windows 2000 profiles – setup a default?

I am currently testing Windows 2000 professional. We set up alot of the apps while logged into the local machine as administrator. Now I have it logging into the domain and want to carry the profile – specifically the desktop and start menu overto the administrator and user logins to the domain. How do I setup a “default” profile?
