Windows 2000 Resource Kit

I have been looking all over for a tool that will make a program run as a service, so that when I reboot servers remotely I don’t have to drive back to work because an old program has to actually be started on the server at console. I found one on Microsofts site (sc.exe), but it is included with the Windows 2000 Resource Kit. The kit is a couple hundred, and all I want is the one tool. Does anyone know where to find this tool or something similar?
