Windows 2000 Save Dump

Help! I have a small network ,(2) computers, set up with a Starband ,USB,Internet connection. The server is set up with Windows 2000 and the client is set up with Windows 98se. My problem is with the server crashing; or as reported in the event viewer, a save dump and then the computer will reboot. The server is set up with an Abit BX133 RAID MB, 800MZ Plll, 512MB PC133, Matrox G400, Netgear FA 310tx. Thank You For Your Help!
