Windows 2000 Server

I’m trying to start up an old machine that is running Win 2000 server, but forgot the password. I attempted to load the licensed version of Win 2000 server to wipe the disks clean and start from scratch. When the machine attempts to boot from the CD during startup, it displays the following error message: CDBOOT: couldn’t find NTLDR. Any comments would be appreciated to resolve this issue.
