Windows 2000 Server and Backup Media

I have inherited a Windows 2000 network. Sometime in the past several sets of backup media were created and are no longer used. The tapes have been overwritten to reflect the current backup needs and have been relabled as such. My question is this, in the Windows 2000 backup utility is ther a way to delete or emove unused media sets? I would like to narrow the list down to jus the current media.
