Windows 2000 Server and Veritas

I have been attempting to install Veritas’ Remote Agent using the remote install method. The operating system on the target server and the server I’m installing from are both Windows 2000 Server. The error I receive is:

Error creating object on //OUR2000SERVER with OUR2000SERVER\administrator.
CoBESetup (262)(-2147023174)

Have spoken to Veritas support who suggested looking for assistance in Microsoft Knowledge Base, however I found nothing there.
Can anyone assist?
