Windows 2000 Server Data recovery

I have a drive that won’t boot to Windows 2k Advanced server anymore, but still has all of my data on it. Is there a way to boot to floppy to copy all the data back from a command prompt. I assume I won’t be able to use a win98 boot diskette due to the NTFS partition on the Win2k Drive. Is there a way to boot to a command prompt that will let me see the data so that I can copy it to floppies? If so, How? Thank you in advance
