Windows 2000 Server Professional

I am running W2k Pro SP2. I have installed Kronos’ product Time Keeper Central onto the server. This product communicates back and forth with the company time clocks via IP. I am able to communicate from the server to the clocks but I can not collect data from the clocks and write to the database residing on the server. When tested the product works on another box with no issues. I need to resolve the issue so that I can write to the 2000 server. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to look to resolve this issue?
