Windows 2000 Server Timeout on Login

I am running Windows 2000 Server in Application mode and connecting using thin clients. The Logon screen will only stay active for exactly 2 minuets before reseting. This happens in both RDP and ICA protocols. Does anyone know how to increase or disable this timeout?
