Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 installation

I want to install Service pack in my comp. I have tried many times, but installation process stalls at final installation. There is no progress after install reaches final installation. I have left it for more 2 hours, final installation does not progress at all. I don’t know what is the problem.

Can any one help with this?
