Windows 2000 Service Pack 4

We have tried to load Service Pack 4 onto my brother’s W2k Professional machine. The process has always been stopping at the “…finishing installation ; running processes after install…” section.

We have tried loading the SP4 express and the network installations, but have not been successful.

Prior to attempting to load SP4, we attempted to load SP3 and had the same problems.

Since we have been unsuccessful with attempting to load SP3, he has not been getting any MSI Live Updates.
