Windows 2000 Setup

Well, this is probably easy to someone so…

When installing Windows 2000 Client the setup asks for an Administrator password. This is the local Administrator’s password. When I sign in as a local Admin. I can install software etc. If the password I set is not the same as the Admin’s on our NT server (global) how can I install software that is installed from the server? What is the correct way to set Admin passwords when setting up Win2k? Should the passwords match? The global Admin passwordchanges frequently. Should I sign in to each local machine that I’ve loaded Win2k on and log on as Admin and change the password to match? I was just wondering what the “right” way to do it was. Thanks.
