Windows 2003/xp: GPOs and Scheduled Tasks

We have many public use computers and we want to shut them down automatically through a machine GPO. Can I write a script that will do this? I know that the executable “shutdown /s: run from the command line will shut down the remote computer, but how can you specify a time?
