Windows 2K & user specific login drives

I am running win2k sp2 with pretty much all of the latest updates and what not. What i want to do is create a seperate partition for each of my users that log on. I have all of the drives partitioned out and everything, but i just need to get it to where users can only see there drive, and have no permissions to the other users drives. I have actually tried going through and setting up the permissions, however it does not work… where am i going wrong or what have i yet to do? or even better yet, do i just need to create a login.bat that sets these permissions?
