Windows 95

Hi,
Two questions: Is there a way to get I.E. 6.0 on a w/95 computer w/out upgrading the o.s.
Also, I know w/98 computers I could run product update from the microsoft website to check for critical updates(security updates)is there something todo the same for w/95 computers.I would like to get all the security updates fro the w/95 computer all at once.
