windows 95

This is the error that one of my user receives when windows is rebooting. “An internal STACK OVERFLOW has caused this session to be halted. Change the STACKS seeting in your CONFIG.SYS file and then try again” The user installed Visual studio/foxproapplication. That’s when the PC started to have problems. It also loses the display settings or it hangs on a dark screen and doesn’t boot into windows. The PC is on network, I renamed the config.sys file, that didn’t do it. I have tried to removing the video card drivers but that didn’t help. The PC boots up into windows after a 2n restart but the display settings are not the same….help!!!
