SUBJECT: SCANDISK RUNS EACH TIME WINDOWS 98 SE STARTS

Hello,

I tried the “ScanDisk” fix, but when checking for the DWORD value of
“CacheWriteDelay” to contain a Decimal value of 2000, I could not find the
“CacheWriteDelay” in the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
Has any one elsehad this problem
