Windows 95 OEM CD Replacement

Several months ago I purchased an IBM ThinkPad 760EL through an online auction. When I received the notebook the OS had already been loaded but the win 95 oem cd was broken. I cannot find out where I can get this replaced as the cd is labeled to the effect that for support I need to contact the manufacturer of the ThinkPad. Can anyone out there help me with an address and/or phone number for IBM so I can talk to someone about replacing the cd?
