Windows 95 size of window

Ok not sure how to put it when i click on the right hand corner the middle button (the box) The window minimize’s to the right hand corner but its not small and i cant move the window it locks up and u cant move it.But when you double click the topof it it goes ack to full size.I really cant figure it out. Thanks in advace for your help.
