Windows 98 Blue Screen

everytime I go to enter a product a blue screen comes up right after I click the add button I was wondering what it could be.

the error code is 0028:C0031C6C
so if someone could give me a web address for error codes on blue screens or tell me what the problem is I would very much appreciate it
