Windows 98 View > Folder Options

For some reason, when I try to open Folder Options from the view menu in Windows Explorer, the window will not appear. Also, when I try to get to it from the Display Properties control panel I get a blank ‘Yes / No’ window popup. If I click on Yes or No, nothing happens apart from the Display Properties control panel closes!

The only other weird thing is that when I right click on a file, the send to option is blank but has the normal options from its dropdown menu. Can anyone help? PLEASE HELP!!!!
