I have windows 98SE and my systems keeps freezing. I haven’t really noticed it while working in windows but I constantly freezes while on the internet. I just upgraded from a Pent II 350mhz to a Pent II 450mhz and put in a new hard drive. I haven’t installed all of my windows programs yet so therefore I haven’t really used my computer for anything but the internet. I tried to install the updates for my system but unable to because it freezes on me. I have a Lucent Win modem. It seems to freezemore while downloading. When it freezes Ctrl-alt-del does not respond. My daughter was my computer playing when of her CD games for over an hour and it did not freeze up. I just installed Microsoft office 97 with no problem. Any suggestions please.
