Windows CE, Pocket Word , & goReader

My question is concerning a product named goReader that uses Windows CE 3.0 as the OS and Pocket Word as the wordprocessor.

At our nuclear plant we want to download procedures to a MS CE 3.0 device and have Pocket Word pull the information from our computers using Word 97/2000.

However, Pocket Word stripes off the headers which contents pertained information about the document, like procedure number, revision date, page number, title, etc.

Are there any MS CE devices that use Word 97/2000? And is there a way in Pocket Word to instruct it not to strip information?
