windows clock

win2K date/time clock has been corrupted. there are no time zones to change, it’s stuck in pacific time. I need to reinstall the clock but cannot find it on the win2K cd rom.I believe the file is datetime.cpl, but i cannot change the settings.I don’t want to have to reinstall the entire OS, any answers?
