Windows context menus

G’day,

Just an annoying feature of windows :-

When a program loads, it usually takes the focus from whatever previously had it – fair enough I guess.

But it is very annoying when you are half way through navigating a menu, such as the startmenu, or another program’s menu et al.

Is there a way to turn off newly-loaded programs stealing the focus?
