Windows crashes with error code 10000050

Hello all,

I am having an issue with a Dell Gx620. The system has crashed with Error Code 10000050 about 15 times since April, each time parameters 1 & 3 change but parameters 2 & 4 are always 00000000 and 00000001 respectively.

I thought this might be a memory error but the diagnostics cd provided by Dell gave all the hardware a thumbs up. Does anybody have a clue as to what may be causing this and how to fix it?
