Windows Explorer Errors Windows 2000 Pro

Hello , I’m having a problem finding an amswer to my problem. I’m running and evaluation version of win2k pro and advanced server. Everytime I use windows explorer in win2k pro, I sometimes get the error “Explorer.exe has generated and error and will be shut down”, in win2k Adv. server it just shuts down. I been trying to find out why this is happening for over 2 months. No one seems to know the answer. MS wants a FEE for them to solve this problem for me, which is pretty steep. Pls Help.
